Welcome to Tawan Sprouts Early Years Nursery, where we nurture young minds with care and creativity in the heart of bustling Bangkok. Our centre embraces the Waldorf pedagogical approach, providing a holistic educational experience tailored to the unique developmental stages of each child.
At Tawan Sprouts, we understand that the early years are crucial for a child’s growth and development. From Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 2:30 pm, our dedicated teachers create a warm, secure environment where children thrive through engaging activities that foster creativity, independence, and a love for learning.
Our Approach
Rooted in the Steiner-Waldorf philosophy, our educational approach recognizes that young children learn best through imitation and play. Our experienced teachers serve as positive role models, guiding children as they explore baking, crafts, painting, outdoor adventures, storytelling, and free play. We are proud to offer the only English-language Steiner program in Bangkok, catering to families seeking a nurturing, international educational environment.
Holistic Development
We believe in nurturing the whole child—mind, body, and spirit. Through circle time, snack breaks, and carefully curated activities, we support each child’s physical, emotional, and social development. Our outdoor days allow children to connect with nature and develop a deep appreciation for the world around them.
Parent Partnership
At Tawan Sprouts, we recognize that parents play a crucial role in their child’s early education journey. We offer parent/caregiver accompanied playgroups, informative parent talks, and welcome parent volunteers. Our collaborative approach ensures parents are actively involved and informed about their child’s progress and well-being.
Screen-Free Environment
In today’s digital age, we provide a screen-free environment where children engage with open-ended toys and materials that spark imagination and creativity. This conscious decision allows children to explore and learn through hands-on experiences, enhancing their cognitive and problem-solving skills.
Trial Classes and Enrolment
We offer trial classes for families interested in experiencing our programme firsthand. While trial classes are not free, the fee can be applied towards enrolment if your family chooses to join our formal programmes. This allows you to see the benefits of our approach before making a commitment.
